The Double Lumen Central Venous Catheter (CVC) Kit provides everything required for safe central venous access in a single sterile package. The 7 French, 20cm double lumen catheter is designed for insertion into the internal jugular, subclavian, or femoral vein using the Seldinger technique.

What is it? A complete sterile CVC insertion kit containing a double lumen catheter, introducer needle, J-tip guidewire, vessel dilator, fixation device, dressing, and all ancillary components needed for insertion. The double lumen provides two independent channels for simultaneous infusion and monitoring.

Who is it for? Critical care physicians, anaesthesiologists, intensive care nurses, and surgical teams requiring central venous access for multi-drug infusion, central venous pressure monitoring, haemodynamic assessment, or administration of vesicant medications and total parenteral nutrition.

Why it matters? Central venous access is a foundational intervention in critical care. A double lumen catheter reduces the number of access sites on critically ill patients while maintaining the flexibility to manage complex medication regimens, monitor CVP in real time, and administer blood products and fluids simultaneously.
